Delivery Information

Deliveries around Malta: Delivery is free of charge for all orders of over €20.00 on items which can be delivered by one person in a regular car.  For large and heavy furniture, a delivery charge of between €40 to €80 will apply.  You will be notified of this charge prior to delivery.

Deliveries to Gozo: Delivery charge is €15.00 for all orders to Gozo which can be delivered by one person in a regular car.  Deliveries to Gozo takes place once every fortnight.  For large and heavy furniture, a delivery charge of between €60 – €100 will apply.  You will be notified of this charge prior to delivery.

Deliveries are made to ground floor only. If you require goods to be taken up to the upper floors a furniture-lifter will be required. Should this be the case we will be more than pleased to plan on your behalf with a trustworthy subcontractor. When a furniture-lifter is required you will need to plan with your Local Council for the issuing of a permit.

International Deliveries:  We currently do not provide service outside Malta and Gozo, therefore we apologise that we are unable to ship our items overseas.   For further information, please contact us on [email protected]

Delivery Information

You may return Products purchased from the www.finesse.com.mt for a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.

You may return Products purchased from www.finesse.com.mt and exchange them with another product within 7 days from when your item has been delivered as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are delivered to you.

Due to hygiene purposes, earrings and bathroom accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.  This policy applies to all items purchased online during sales or clearance.

Unless the product is defective, damaged or not as specified on your sales order, you are then responsible to cover the cost of returning the item/s.  We recommend that you use a registered mail service so that the item can be tracked.  We are not held responsible for items lost in the post when an item is being returned. In this case a replacement will not be available.

Refunds are conducted on the same credit card or through the same payment method used in the initial payment, whenever is possible.
